    COINCOME is an online investment platform that was developed CORPORATE OPTIMAL INCOME LTD.   • What do I need to do to become a client of COINCOME?

    To become a client of COINCOME you need to open an account. Registering an account is completely free and will take only a few minutes.     Please note that by agreeing to the Terms of Use during the registration you automatically confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence and that by using our platform you don`t violate any laws of your country of residence.

  • Can I have several open accounts in the system?

    Each investor can legally register only one account, where he/she can create an unlimited number of deposits. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited. We will freeze any funds and block access to all such accounts. In case of suspected fraud or suspected creation of multiple accounts, COINCOME reserves the right to block such accounts or prevent account access for violating investors.

  • How can I access the account?

    If you are a registered user of COINCOME, please click the "Login" button at the top of the website, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log in" button. You will be automatically redirected to your account right away. If you have not registered yet, you should register a new account first.

  • What should I do immediately after accessing my account?

    You can explore the system functions, set up your personal information and specify your payment system details. You can enter your e-wallet details by clicking the "Edit Account" button. Please note that payment details are saved permanently, and you can change them only by contacting our customer support. This is a precaution, to protect your investment in case of unauthorized access to your accounts.

  • How can I change my personal information in my account?

    Please log into the account and click "Edit Account" to enter the personal information page - there you will be able to modify your data. Save the changes when you’ve changed all that you wanted. Please note that you may not modify your e-mail and e-wallet - these functions are disabled for security reasons. If you want to change these settings, please contact us via online live chat.

  • What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?

    You can use password restore function - we will send you a mail to your registered email with detailed instructions and a password reset/change form. If you did not receive the email, please contact us via online live chat, or send message to our customer support at [email protected]

  • I can't log in into my account. What could cause this problem?

    Sometimes these problems are caused by errors of your web browser. There are no reasons to worry, please wait a few minutes and then try to log in again. Failing that please clear your web browser cache. If the problem persists, please contact our online assistant on the website, or send message to our customer support at [email protected]

  • How secure is your website and my account data?

    We have a wide range of security measures to protect your account. Our website is protected against DDoS attacks, all transferred data are SSL-encrypted. We use a licensed script for transactions together with online security certificates, you are able to see full list on our main page. Our website is located on a dedicated server.

  • Which e-currencies do you accept?

    We accept:
    - Bitcoin
    - AdvCash
    - Payeer
    - Perfect Money

  • What is the minimum/maximum amount that I can invest?

    The minimum amount of investment is only 0.005 BTC, 10 USD.
    The maximum amount is only limited by your own resources. Each investor can have an unlimited number of deposits.

  • What is the minimum/maximum amount that I can cash out?

    There are no maximum limits on cash-outs, minimal amount is 0.0005 BTC, 0.5 USD for AdvCash, Payeer, Perfect Money.

  • How can I top up my account and create a deposit in the COINCOME?

    Find the Make Deposit tab on the main page of your account then chose investment plan. You can select the top-up method which is the most convenient for you, enter the desired amount, and complete the transfer. The deposit will be registered automatically.

  • How soon will my Bitcoin deposit be added to my account?

    If your account is Bitcoin-based: instant payments are impossible in the Bitcoin chain, as three confirmations are required to create a deposit. It may take from 15 minutes up to 24 hours.

  • How soon will my AdvCash / Payeer / Perfect Money deposit be added to my account?

    If you use AdvCash, Payeer or Perfect Money, your deposit will be created instantly after the payment is processed.

  • Can I invest several deposits at once?

    Yes, you can have an unlimited number of deposits, but each of them will be processed separately.

  • Can I deposit directly from my account balance?

    You can make a deposit from your account balance. Simply log into your member account, click "Make Deposit" and select "Deposit" from "Account Balance" button.

  • After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-currency account?

    As a rule, we’re trying to process withdrawals as fast as possible. Your funds will be available in a few hours. Maximum processing time is 72 hours.

  • What could be the reason for the delay more than 72 hours?

    There can be several reasons for the delay:
    • Blockchain tends to experience heavy loads which are beyond the company’s control.
    • Your e-wallet data is either missing or incorrect.
    • In rare cases (e.g. force majeure, technical failure, suspicion of fraud), the payment may take more than 72 hours to process.

  • How can I check my account balance?

    You can access your account information 24/7 on your Personal account page.

  • No money has been credited to my wallet. What can I do?

    You should immediately contact our customer support at [email protected] , or our online assistant on the website.

QUESTIONS ABOUT AFFILIATE PROGRAM

  • What are the benefits of the affiliate program? How can I participate?

    Our referral program gives you an opportunity to earn additional income by inviting new investors into the COINCOME. You need to make sure that the investors you refer use your referral link, which you can find in the Your Referrals section of your account.

    The personal affiliate link has the following format: https://coincome.info/?ref=XXXXXX, where "XXXXXX" is your username (login) in COINCOME.

  • How much will I be able to earn using the COINCOME affiliate program?

    All registered users have the opportunity to take part in our affiliate program and get referral rewards:

    - 7% of each deposit by a level-one referral,
    - 2% of each deposit by a level-two referral,
    - 1% of each deposit by a level-three referral.

    As soon as your active deposits in total equal 0,1 BTC/1000$, you can send us mail using contact form to become a COINCOME Regional representative. It will increase your referral rewards as follows:
    - 10% of each deposit by a level-one referral,
    - 2% of each deposit by a level-two referral,
    - 1% of each deposit by a level-three referral.

  • How will I receive my referral commission?

    The referral commission is accrued to your account balance instantly.

  • Where can I get my referral links and banners?

    You can find referral link at every page of your personal account section. Graphic materials you can find at Referral Links section.

  • How do you know that a new investor was introduced by me?

    The referral system works during registration and is fully automatic. If an investor signs up via your referral link, the system will treat that investor as your referral.
    You can see all your referred users in the “Your Referrals” section of your member page.

  • I want to bring new investors into the COINCOME system, but I have not opened a deposit yet. Can I still participate in the referral program?

    Yes, you can. You don’t need an active deposit to participate in the referral program.
